Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable and that you may need to change or cancel your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice of any changes or cancellations so that we may accommodate other clients.

 

If you are unable to provide us with at least 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.

 

If you are running late for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you but may not be able to extend your appointment time.
